40th Anniversary Celebration in Limerick on Friday 5th & Saturday 6th Sept 2014

Dear Member,

To mark the 40^th anniversary of the closure of the College in 1974, our President Seamus Dennison invites you to a Special Weekend of Celebration in Limerick on Friday 5^th & Saturday 6^th Sept 2014, details of which are highlighted below.

Friday 5^th   – Golf Outing

The annual Golf Outing has been arranged for Adare Manor Golf & Country Club. Tee times booked between 12 noon and 1.30pm. Those participating should report to the starter 30 minutes before their tee times.

Dinner will follow in the Strand Hotel at 8pm sharp (at members own expense).

Saturday 6^th – Celebration Dinner with Optional College Tour

The day kicks off with a tour of the College at 1pm. (Optional)

Later, those staying in the Strand Hotel will be collected by coach at 5.30pm.

Mass in the College is at 6pm, followed by the AGM at 6.30pm and a drinks reception on the Lawns, with Dinner scheduled for 7.45pm sharp.

The evening concludes at 12 midnight and should continue later in the Strand Hotel.

As this event is limited to 150, bookings will be on a first come basis. Firm bookings will only be accepted when accompanied by the appropriate fee – see below. It is essential, if you plan to attend, that you get your booking in without delay given the interest expressed to date.

Dinner dress code is Black Tie or Suit/Jacket with College Tie, as you prefer.
