Lord Emly’s house in Tervoe , demolished in the 1950’s. The portico seen here was moved to Mungret College, where it stands to this day.

This photograph was taken by Seamus Kelly (Mungret 1958 – 1963) outside Mungret College prior to departure by bus to Musgrave Park for Junior Cup replay vs Midleton CBS, Feb. 27th 1963. Mungret lost 3 –0.

Recently unearthered by Brian Ward while clearing out his house, this wonderful original Mungret Prospectus offers an insight in the college in the early 1960s. Mungret Prospectus
